2. Proposal
This Development Application seeks an approval for a Development Permit for Material Change of Use
to establish a Short-term Accommodation use within four cabins to be established on the premises.
Each cabin would be a small single storey building that has a gross floor area (GFA) of 50.4m2. The
cabins will consist of an open studio room, kitchenette, ensuite, robe and two small decks at either
end. Designed in an A-frame style, the cabins will be elevated on metal posts and gently positioned on
the land. They will be clad with timber weatherboard and feature a corrugated metal roof.

The design and location of the cabins is detailed in Figures 1 – 3 below:
