MCU13/0226 PM Submission Object - Brian and Lauris Mitchell
Subject: Development Application MCU13/0226 From: Brian Date: 2014-08-05T01:10:01+00:00 To: Mailbox Council Mail The Chief Executive Officer Noosa Council P O Box 141 Tewantin Qld. 4565 Dear Sir We wish to register our objection to the above proposal for 25 housing lots being serviced by Blue Wren Place. The previous application for 16 lots in stage 3 for the reconfiguration of Lot 5 on SP266731 will be more than a test for the capacity of Blue Wren Place and to allow this further access of this proposal will be negligent in the extreme. The original plan when we purchased our lot showed only 4 lots being serviced from Blue Wren place and this was an acceptable scenario but to now be faced with an added 37 lots is not acceptable in any way. The land (Lot 135 on MCH978 and Lot 5 on SP266731) is public open space which has considerable wild life and is regularly used for leisure activities by the public. This is the way it should stay and unless access can be gained from somewhere other than Blue Wren Place the Council should not approve either of these developments. Blue Wren Place and its intersection with Lake McDonald Drive were not designed to carry the added traffic which these developments would provide and during the development stage (when trade vehicles were in use) would become extremely dangerous. Brian and Lauris Mitchell Lot 5 Blue Wren Place Cooroy Qld 4563
