We refer to your breach notice dated 9 January 2020 regarding works undertaken at
the above address. As outlined in this notice please find attached documentation in
support of an Operational Works Application for clearing, earthworks, roadworks and
drainage for the building pad and driveway for a future dwelling on the site.

The Operational Works Application comprises:
   - DA Form 1
   - Tod Consulting drawings (20506-C01 to C07)
   - Geotechnical Investigation and Report by Tectonic
   - Copy of COM20 0008 - Offender Advisory Letter - Breach
