Re: Application for a Minor Change to a Development Approval for an extension to
the existing reception area and changes to landscaping at “Netanya Noosa”
complex Hastings Street, Noosa Heads described as Lot 1 on RP 214815, Parish of
Weyba

I refer to your request to make a minor change to the above development approval. On 9 June
1999, Council decided to approve the change, with the approved plans to comprise those
numbered 9846.02A & 03A, prepared by Stephen Kidd Design and dated February 1999.

Please note that this approval does not authorise the removal of the existing trees. ] understand
the plans intend for the existing trees to remain, especially the Poinciana. Please advise if this
is not the case.

Should you wish to obtain more information about Council’s decision, the reports and staff
recommendations regarding this application are available for viewing or purchase at the Level
3 counter of Council offices. It would assist Council staff if you could bring this letter with
you.
