Any proposed access from Skipper Place would require roading realignment, placing an additional financial burden of the Council Late hour trading will increase traffic flows and will affect surrounding residences through increased noise and potential anti-social behaviour Surrounding residential properties will suffer serious loss of amenity through a. negative impact from noise b. cooking smells c. vehicle exhaust odours d. bright, late-night lighting New businesses would inevitably take trade from existing businesses in close proximity, with a detrimental effect on their financial viability and employment opportunities There is sufficient vacant shopping space in the surrounding area to accommodate new entrants without consolidating it in one spot Any direct increase in employment on this site is likely to be offset by reductions suffered by existing businesses

> As has been demonstrated with other late night and all night businesses in the immediate area (Villa Noosa, McDonalds etc.) the vast majority of custom is likely to come from outside the Noosaville area attracted especially by the proposed fast food activities, thus placing an unacceptable burden on local residents by way of increased traffic and other noises > There is already far too much litter emanating from existing fast food outlets in the area - this would undoubtedly increase if four additional outlets, as suggested, were approved for the site Please ensure my objections are placed before any panel charged with assessing this application.
