A perspective of the shed has been provided as an appendix to the justification letter. These plans are difficult to read and do not include floor plans of the shed.
Information Required
Floor and elevation plans of the proposed shed which clearly detail the dimensions of the shed.
Issue
AO6 of the Rural Residential Zone Code prescribes setbacks for buildings and structures  - the required setback is determined by how the shed is to be used. No details have been provided of how the shed is to be used noting that the shed is of considerable size.
