Finance
Rates and Charges revenue performance against budget was reported in the financial performance
report to Council at the 12 February 2018 General Committee meeting. Total rates and charges
collected as at the end of January represents 101% of the full year budget.

Risks & Opportunities
There are no properties where the outstanding rates and charges are close to the rateable value
of the land, consequently, there is no bad debt risk of any rates and charges at this time.
