Hello:

I am strongly against the proposed expansion of Noosa Civic. If you are aware of the existing number of vacancies in commercial shops, and realise how much more that scenario is going to be increased, it would be a "no brainer" decision to reject the expansion.

Your on-line input survey appears to be so convoluted and irrelevant, that it appears to be written by the developer. In other words, you don't want people expressing their opinion, because it might be a "no".

For the record, my name is Wayne Jones and I live at Unit 5 / 58 Furness Drive, Tewantin. My phone number is (07) 5473 0971, and yes, I am a rate payer who strongly opposes the proposed expansion, just as much as I was when the irrelevant, original Noosa Civic was built with a 1970's  theme and destroyed so much of our local environment as well as forcing so many small businesses to close.
