In addition no buildings are proposed and a Telecommunication Facility is not a habitable use, therefore no effluent run off will occur. The proposed facility will be located outside of the areas identified as ’landslide Hazard Area’ and will not increase the risk of a landslide hazard as the facility will be constructed on relatively level land and will not impact on land stability. Additionally, the use will not increase the risk or impact fire since it is already cleared of significant vegetation, where the foundations and earthworks are to follow engineering design standards and will not use equipment that significantly increases the risk of fire. The proposed facility will also have features aimed at preventing public access, including a secured compound fence with a locked gate and warning signs placed around the facility. There is no identified significant cultural heritage values present on the subject site. Therefore the proposal is consistent with 037.
