Lot 101 on SP142407, Lot 140 on MCH978, Lot 3 on RP137375,
Lot 2 on RP852009 and Lot 8 on RP160703 - 27 Wilgee Court, Cooroy
Table 2.6 identifies that:
· A minimum separation of 16m is required to achieve a BAL 29 outcome for all lots fronting
VHC 02 vegetation on underlying upslope to across slope topography; and
· A minimum separation of 24m is required to achieve a BAL 29 outcome for all lots
fronting VHC 02 vegetation on underlying downslope 5-10º topography.
Table 2 identifies the Asset Protection Zone for each new allotment (where applicable),
determining the distance required to achieve the BAL 29 outcome.
Table 2 - Outlining the asset protection zones for each lot

An assessment of the ability to achieve a BAL 29 outcome for each lot’s nominated building
envelope has been undertaken based on:
· The proposed clearing of all vegetation within each lot not encumbered by proposed
conservation covenants;
· Assuming all revegetation works within the covenant areas will attain the fuel load
equivalent of 30t/ha for the dominant VHC 02 vegetation; and
