The length of the proposed pontoon is in excess of the dimensions described in Acceptable Outcome AO13.4 of the Waterways Works Code of the Noosa Plan 2020.
Information Required
Provide amended plans that indicate a pontoon that is in accordance with Acceptable Outcome AO13.4 of the Waterways Works Code of the Noosa Plan 2020 or alternatively provide justification for the proposed pontoon dimensions and demonstrate that the proposal achieves compliance with Performance Outcome PO13 of the Waterways Works Code of the Noosa Plan 2020.
