Tuesday, 21 January 2020 Our Ref: 19360 / Office: Sunshine Coast Council Ref: MCU19/0134 NOOSA COUNCIL PO BOX 141 TEWANTIN QLD 4565 ATTENTION: The Chief Executive Officer Dear Sir NOTICE OF COMPLIANCE OF PUBLIC NOTIFICATION DEVELOPMENT PERMIT FOR MATERIAL CHANGE OF USE FOR ENTERTAINMENT AND DINING BUSINESS TYPE 3 BAR ASSOCIATED WITH APPROVED INDUSTRIAL BUSINESS – TYPE 2 PRODUCTION, ALTERATION, REPACKAGING AND REPAIRING 5 TAYLOR COURT, COOROY LOT 5 ON SP197517 I have undertaken and completed the public notification with respect to the above development application in accordance with the requirements of the Planning Act 2016 and the Development Assessment Rules. The public notification included: (a) Publishing a notice in the Noosa News on 13 December 2019 (copy of advertisement attached); and, (b) Placing a notice on the premises in the way prescribed under the Development Assessment Rules from 16 December 2019 until 20 January 2020 (photo of the sign/s as erected on the land is attached); and, (c) Giving a notice to the adjoining owners of all lots adjoining the premises.
