Good Afternoon Max

It has come to our attention that the IDAS forms for the above applications, lodged on 10 June 2014, incorrectly show 55 Lake Macdonald Drive as the property address.  Subsequent to Stage 1 SP266731 being registered on 29 April 2014, Lot 2 RP173883 & Lot 137 MCH978 are known as 1-11 Wilgee Court.  Unfortunately no 55 has been reused on Lot 2 SP266731 which is causing some confusion.

Would you please either send us corrected IDAS forms or authority to amend the forms lodged with the application so our systems can be updated.  IDAS timeframes are not affected.
