4   PETITIONS

    1      PETITION: REQUEST TO STOP THE USE OF CHEMICAL HERBICIDES AND
           PESTICIDES ON ROADSIDES, PUBLIC SPACES AND COUNCIL RESERVES
           Council Resolution
           Moved:            Cr Jurisevic
           Seconded:         Cr Wilkie
           That the petition tabled by Cr Jurisevic requesting that Council stop the use of chemical
           herbicides and pesticides on roadsides, public spaces and Council reserves be
           received and referred to the Chief Executive Officer to determine appropriate action.
                                                                                           Carried.



    2      PETITION: REQUEST FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A BIKE PATH BETWEEN
           COORAN AND POMONA
           Council Resolution
           Moved:            Cr Wilkie
           Seconded:         Cr Pardon
           That the petition tabled by Cr Wilke requesting that Council construct a bike path
           between Cooran and Pomona be received and referred to the Chief Executive Officer
           to determine appropriate action.

    3      PETITION: REQUEST THAT COUNCIL DOES NOT CONSTRUCT A PATHWAY
           BETWEEN COORAN AND POMONA ON OR ADJACENT TO PRIVATE FREEHOLD
           LAND
           Council Resolution
           Moved:            Cr Jackson
           Seconded:         Cr Jurisevic
           That the petition tabled by Cr Jackson requesting that Council not commit to creating,
           developing or constructing any public access walkway, bikeway or pathway between
           Cooran and Pomona on or adjacent to private freehold land be received and referred
           to the Chief Executive Officer to determine appropriate action.
