The following Recommendations from the Services & Organisation Committee were
adopted without discussion or further amendment.

1    COOROY HINTERLAND PLAYGROUND PROJECT UPDATE & ESTABLISHMENT OF
     PROJECT GROUPS
     That Services & Organisation Committee Agenda Item 1 be referred to the General
     Committee due to the significance of the issue.

2    REGIONAL FACILITIES PLAN FOR DIFFICULT TO LOCATE SPORTS
     That Council note the report by the Community Development Officer – Sport and Recreation
     to the Services and Organisation Committee dated 9 October 2018 and:
     A.     Approve the Draft Regional Facilities Plan for Difficult to Locate Sports, included at
            Attachment 1 of this report, for the purposes of community consultation; and
     B.     Request the Chief Executive Officer to collate and consider this feedback for the
            purposes of developing a final Regional Facilities Plan for Difficult to Locate Sports for
            the future consideration of Council.

3    APPOINTMENT OF COUNCILLOR REPRESENTATIVE TO NOOSACARE DEMENTIA
     FRIENDLY COMMUNITY ADVISORY BOARD
     That Council note the report by the Chief Executive Officer to the Services & Organisation
     Committee Meeting dated 9 October 2018 and appoint Cr Jackson as Council’s
     representative on the NoosaCare Dementia Friendly Community Advisory Board.

4    COUNCILLORS EXPENSES REIMBURSEMENT POLICY - AMENDMENT
     That Council note the report by the Director Executive Services to the Services &
     Organisation Committee Meeting dated 9 October 2018 and adopt, pursuant to section
     250(2) of the Local Government Regulation 2012, the updated version of the Councillors’
     Expenses Reimbursement Policy provided at Attachment 1 to the report.

5    JULY 2018 RATE LEVY OVERVIEW
     That Council note the report by the Manager Revenue Services to the Planning &
     Organisation Committee Meeting dated 9 October 2018 providing an overview of the July
     2018 Rate Levy.
