                                                                                                  originally proposed reducing the
                                                                                                  maximum floor area for small
                                                                                                  dwellings from 100 m² to 75 m².
                                                                                                  Although this change was later
                                                                                                  reversed        following      public
                                                                                                  notification, this provision was
                                                                                                  inadvertently not reinstated to the
                                                                                                  original requirements, noting (a) was
                                                                                                  redundant, as all dwellings less than
                                                                                                  100m2 are small dwellings.
