Noosa Shire Council
Town Planning Submission
MCU 14/0102
Regarding the application for development at 139 Eumundi Rd - I support the application that has been
lodged by the applicant. The material is clear on the outcomes which I think are relevant for an industrial
use.
Industrial sheds, a service station, shop and cafe are all what you would expect in an area like this. It will be
easy to get to and provides convenience when getting fuel to maybe grab some basics on the way home.
All service stations now have a shop that you can buy these incidentals in. I quite often go to the BP
Bougainvillea to grab a few things after hours. I don't see how this convenience shopping can impact on
the major areas like Noosa Civic.
, don't work in the area but the idea of a cafe to service that locality seems to be reasonable. To my
knowledge that little area of Lionel Donovan doesn't have anywhere for the workers. This seems like a very
good idea particularly as there is more land that hasn't been built on.
Again just confirming I support the uses proposed and believe after reading the application that the
impacts are that minor it can be approved.
