RECOMMENDATION
That Council note the report by the Community Development Manager to the Services &
Organisation Committee Meeting dated 12 June 2018 and approve the three year Sports Field
Maintenance agreements as provided in Attachment 1 to the report.
REPORT
Purpose
The purpose of this report is for Council to consider and endorse the three year Sports Field
Maintenance agreements as provided at Attachment 1 to this report.

Grants (Round One) and Three Year agreements – Overview” presented to the Services and
Organisational Committee Meeting dated 12 June 2018, for background and implementation
