3.    Clarify what mechanism/planning control is proposed to prevent buildings or other works
      occurring within the areas of Lots 22 and 23 subject to flood inundation in the future (eg.
      drainage easement, BLE, etc).
Issue - Access
Council seeks confirmation regarding the proposed access to Lots 20 & 21. It is noted that the
proposed access driveway to Lots 22 and 23 is not sufficient to cater for additional lots.
