4/11 Opal St Cooroy 4563 Qld Dear Sir/Madam, I draft this letter with regards to the new planning/development at the business beside our home. Good Mates Property P/L TTE Lot 2 SP 248165 Trading as; Crackerjack Having read the PDF’s on file at the Noosa council website, I/We have a couple of concerns with regards to the noise at the business and the noise monitoring report; prepared for Your Mates Bowlsy Pty Ltd Document Reference #1859d1-B Document Revision B Date of Issue 6 March 2025, by RG Strategic, using; Live it Acoustics Will there be extra cold room storage facilities constructed at the rear of the club? where once was the children’s play area when the renovations are under taken? If so, will this be monitored or enclosed, as at present, the current cold room noise impacts on the residential dwellings more so on the Southern side of the complex. The delivery vehicles, these just sit there idling, these trucks can come at all different hours (sometimes being as early as 5am) these can be very disruptive to sleep, were these monitored? On a Sunday evening at the close of business, which is according to the website 9pm, the staff are obviously cleaning up (which we understand), but rubbish/bottles etc. are thrown into the skip/wheely bins sometimes closer to 10pm at night. With little to no regard to peoples sleep patterns, we are on the North side of the complex and hear it all very loudly, let alone the owners on the Southern side of the complex, especially Unit 1 whom are shift workers. I have attached the report from Live it acoustics and have highlighted the areas of concern areas which for us are A & B on Figure 5 Thank you for your time and I look forward to your response Kind Regards Wayne Simmiss
