It is Council’s position that long-term safety and stability of the site is paramount and
earthworks and vehicular access/storage does not adversely impact on the capacity,
operations, and maintenance of existing infrastructure in accordance with the Earthworks
Code.
It is also recommended that signage to be placed on the retaining wall along the eastern
boundary denoting the live load restrictions and prohibiting the storage of items above such
limits.
Information Required
Provide amended plans to maintain long term site stability, including:
17.   Amend the plans to include wheel stops to prevent vehicles being stored in the identified
      exclusion zones in accordance with Retaining Wall Notes 2 & 3 on Drawing 23543-C002
      Revision A.
18.   Provide amended parking dimensions to remove exclusion zones from within vehicle
      storage park areas.
19.   Amend the plans to include diagonal or hatched line marking to clearly delineate
      exclusion zones from storage areas.
