above application in accordance with the requirements of the Sustainable Planning
Act 2009, chapter 6, part 4.

The public notification included:

oO Publishing a notice in the Noosa News on 11" of September, 2015. A
copy of the newspaper advertisement is attached to this notice.

o Placing notices on the land in the way prescribed under a regulation from
10" September until 7" October 2015. Photos of the signs as erected are
attached to this notice.

Oo Notifying the owners of all land adjoining the site on 10" September,

2015.
