In accordance with section 32 of the Development Assessment Rules, please be advised I am stopping the following
current period:

 Assessment Manager’s Decision Period to allow sufficient time to respond to Council’s Request for Further Advice, as
 issued by Council on the 2 March 2022.


This current period will be stopped for the following period:

 20 Business Days, commencing on the 26 May 2022, stopped until the 23 June 2022, and recommencing on the 24
 June 2022.


Upon giving this notice, the number of business days remaining in the cumulative period under section 32.6(b) of the
Development Assessment Rules is:

 80 business days remaining of the total 130 business days.
