Assessment Benchmarks

Pursuant to Table 5.8.2 of the Noosa Plan 2020, the application is assessable against the following applicable
works codes:
    + Driveways and Parking Code
    + Earthworks Code
    + Existing Services Code
    + Water Quality & Drainage Code

An assessment against the abovementioned applicable codes has revealed that the development is
compliant with, or can be conditioned to comply with, each. Please refer to the Engineering and
Landscaping Plans illustrate compliance with the applicable provisions

Proceeding

Payment of the application fee will be made upon Council issuing the relevant Tax Invoice in due course.
