Legislation and policy links The EBFMP sits under the Noosa Environment Strategy 2019, Noosa Bushland Reserves Strategic Management Plan 2021– 2026 and is informed by the Noosa Coastal Hazard Adaptation Plan 2021. It complements and supports a large range of local, regional, state, national and international plans, strategies, charters, agreements, and statutory obligations. Attachment One identifies the relevant legislation and policy links to this plan and provides a summary of the various strategies and implementation actions set out in the Environment Strategy and the Coastal Hazards Adaptation Plan and their status as it relates to the EBFMP.
