RE:     REQUEST FOR EXTENSION OF DECISION MAKING PERIOD_______________________
Development Application for Material Change of Use for Cultivation – Type 2 Intensive for Premises
at 305 Lake Macdonald Drive, Lake Macdonald and described as Lot 1 on SP108094: MCU 14/0039

I refer to the above and request an extension to the decision making period until 19 November 2015. This
request is required to enable completion of the stormwater management plan for the site. Unfortunately the
preparation of the plan has been delayed due to the consultant seeking further clarification from Councils
Environment Officer. Our consultant has now received the information from Council and is working to
finalise the report.

For you information I wish to advise that our flood consultants have completed their reviewed flood report
which will be submitted in conjunction with the finalized stormwater management plan for the site.

I apologise for the delay in providing this information, however note that the applicant has investigated a

number of options that were discussed on site with Council staff on 6 August 2015.
