2. SITE DETAILS
The applications have been made over Lot 2 SP294726, which has frontage to Eumundi Noosa
Road, Lionel Donovan Drive and Walter Hay Drive. Refer Figure 4 – Subject lot for this
application. Lot 1 SP294726 adjoins this lot and both sites have been developed in accordance
with the existing approval over the site (MCU14/0102 and subsequent changes to the approval).
