PM Submission - Angela O'Malley - MCU20/0141 & RAL20/0030
Subject: Application reference: MCU20/0141 & RAL20/0030 LOT 201 P5011 From: Angela O'Malley Date: 2021-03-12T04:50:28+00:00 To: Mailbox Council Mail External sender. Be careful with links and attachments. Noosa Shire Council PO Box 141 Tewantin QLD 4565 12 March 2021 Dear Sir/Madam, I write in regard to a Development Permit requested for 1 Rectory St Pomona. Application reference: MCU20/0141 & RAL20/0030 LOT 201 P5011. I have lived at 11 Rectory Street Pomona for 15 years and owned my house for 17 years. I am very aware of this street being classified as a part of the character area of Pomona. It is also zoned low density. My submission is based on my request that any 'conversion' or 'reconfiguration' that is considered on this LOT 201 P5011 be done so with strict adherence to the abovementioned classifications. Specifically, I would be very sad to see a historic building like "the Rectory" being moved or altered. Our street is of course named in it's honour and acknowledging it's history. I also am surprised that the notification sign was not placed closer to the house rather than in front of the church. Without close inspection many locals may think the application only related to the church and didn't affect the rectory. Yours Sincerely, Angela O'Malley 11 Rectory St Pomona 4568
