Michael, I cannot give a definitive date as we need time to assess the various changes. If you undertake any works that are not approved it is all at your risk. If Council, as part of the assessment, decides not to accept the works you will be responsible to remove and reinstate. FYI the reinstatement works must be completed and accepted by Council prior to the sealing of the survey plan for the reconfiguration.

It was noted on site yesterday that the retaining walls that have been built on site are not the same as that shown on the plans submitted as part of the change. Can you please confirm what you are seeking approval for and if required, submit amended plans.

Hi Mark,

With regards to the works at 2 Pearsons Road, Cooroy could you please provide me with an indication of when the change application will be approved. As you are aware we need the approval to fill the bioretention basin and want to complete these works today if possible.

As discussed with Cliff yesterday the bioretention basin shape / size / location has not changed from the original approval. We only added the concrete manhole due to supply issues with the DN600 RCP Pipe. The hydraulics of the stormwater networks still works as shown on the longitudinal sections.

Could you please provide me with written approval to complete the bioretention basin works today so that sand can be delivered.
