Please see attached signed extension request. 

Matt - I have just spoken to the client and they have been in discussions with Energex regarding the padmount transformer. Energex has expressed they do not want any landscaping to the Production Street frontage of the padmount transformer as they need to be able to access from this side. As such, we will maintain the current plan with no further landscaping in accordance with the Energex requirements.
