who will operate the Noosa Montessori School from Term 1 2017 onwards. Current Demountable
user, Little Seed Theatre Company, are associated with EFG and may sublet part of the
Demountable building in addition to increasing their hire of the Annexe.

The Annexe is currently utilised by the following users:
 Little Seed Theatre Company
 Noosa Folk Dancers
 Zumba
 Yoga
 GANG Ministries
 Private events and parties

3. STAFFING

The J’s 4.7 staff manage both The J and the BCC which is extremely efficient when compared to
other similar venues.

Existing staff are working very hard across a wide range of hours and this is not sustainable if the
centre continues to get busier.

The Business Plan highlighted that casual staff capacity would need to be increased in 2016/17 to
improve The J’s ability to grow and ease the burden on existing permanent staff. The increase in
casual staff cost this year is being offset by an increase in revenue.

4. SYSTEMS & PROCESSES AND OTHER MATTERS

Regular reviews and updating of operational systems and processes is ongoing and will continue
with reference to the service review and business plan.
