RECOMMENDATION
That Council note the report by the Executive Manager to the Services & Organisation Committee
Meeting dated 7 February 2017 providing an update on operations of the Executive Office for the
period 1 October to 31 December 2016.
REPORT
The purpose of this report is to inform Council of the progress of various initiatives and programs
of the Executive Office which includes the following functions:
Sustainability
Customer Service
Governance
Human Resources
Community Engagement
Economic Development
Executive Officer to the Mayor and CEO.
The following table provides an update on the activities undertaken in the Executive Office during
the period 1 October 2016 to 31 December 2016.
