notification for this development application was undertaken from 12th April 2018 to 7th May 2018 in
compliance with the requirements of section 17 and Schedule 3 of the Development Assessment Rules.
I confirm the following public notification actions were undertaken for the above application:
Published a notice in the Noosa Today on 12th April 2018 (see attached).
and
Placed notice on the premises in the way prescribed under the Development Assessment Rules on
the 12th April 2018 (see attached).
and
Notified the owners of all lots adjoining the premises the subject of the application on 12th April 2018.

RG Strategic has been engaged as the town planning consults for the lodgement and management of the above
development application currently under assessment by Noosa Council as the Assessment Manager under the
Planning Act 2016.
In accordance with the provisions of the Planning Act 2016 the application is required to undergo public notification
which included giving a notice to the owners of all land adjoining the proposed development site.
The applicant hereby gives you notice of the above development application over land which adjoins your property
and wishes to inform you that you have the opportunity to examine the proposal in detail at Council’s office. A copy
of the Public Notice for the above proposal is enclosed to assist you in this regard.
Should you wish to make a submission in response to the above proposal, the Planning Act 2016 requires, among
other things, that a properly made submission is made to the Assessment Mangers and:
• Is in writing and is signed by each person making the submission,
• Is received by the Assessment Manager on or before the date indicated by the Public Notice,
• States the name and address of each person making the submission, and
• States the grounds of the submission and the facts and circumstances relied on in support of the
grounds.
