This house is large ,has always been a residence with long term locals. Changing to allow an STL would upset the entire area. Speaking from experience where we once were surrounded by neighbours we knew, are now surrounded by strangers who insist on staying outside on balconies all hours, party, park excess cars on streets and have no care for the amenity of the area. I walk past this house daily and there is no room for parking, limited as it is already. STL's always bring more than the one or two cars that the majority of residences have. The entertaining area would amplify over the entire area of Tingira Crescent, Sobraon street and up into the Ross Crescent/ Adam street areas as well. Normal residential living is not noisy. ________________________________ This comment was submitted via PlanningAlerts, a free service run by the OpenAustralia Foundation<https://aus01.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fprotect-au.mimecast.com%2Fs%2FtjYhCWLVN4FDV83fKR3Ls%3Fdomain%3Demail2.planningalerts.org.au&data=04%7C01%7C[email protected]%7C50ade859cdcc47016a5e08d916a4bfd8%7C99d9dd67b90f4999a44ef2d3700133b2%7C0%7C0%7C637565719114948652%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C1000&sdata=r6y3WCz3mfVNj%2Bvp0JfCGCmUEtY8appMinVjPdlvEZE%3D&reserved=0> for the public good.
