Good Afternoon Mark,

Please find attached a copy of our formal request to extend the currency period for the ROL development approval for Bunnings at Noosaville. We note the relevant period for this development finishes on 15 March 2016.

In accordance with Section 383(1)(b) of the Act, we ask Council for an extension of the relevant period for an additional two years.

A hard copy of this request including owners consent and a cheque for the amount of $1,404 has been express posted to your office today.
