2.   SITE DETAILS
2.1. Background
On 21 November 2018, the following type of approval was issued for the site:
   Development Permit for Material Change of Use - Industrial Type 2 Production, Alteration,
     Repackaging & Repairing (39 Industrial Tenancies)
   Development Permit for Reconfiguring a Lot (Access Easements)
   Operational Works (Roadworks, Drainage Works, Landscaping, Stormwater, Earthworks,
     Car Parking & Access).
2.2. Site Description
The development is located in a State designated industrial estate, south of the Cooroy township
and has convenient access to the Bruce Highway. The 39 industrial tenancies are currently under
construction, with tenancies 1 and 11 proposed to be used by the distillery and bar.
