Dear Sir,

Please find attached our Operational Works Application to realign the existing stormwater
on the above site.


The above Development Application approved on the 17/2/12,permits the enclosing of
existing open space on the site. This open space currently has stormwater manholes not
permitted within the new building enclosure. Condition 28c of the development approval
requires us to realign the stormwater to move the manholes to outside the new building
enclosure.

This application proposes to place a manhole within the 2m building setback to Hastings
Street, and a second manhole to an open courtyard on the site. This will reduce the number
of manholes from three to two.All work will take place on the above site, and will not affect
Council land.

We have attached IDAS forms 1 and 6 and engineering drawings No 222959-SW dated Dec
2012 in support of this application. We respectfully request Council approve this application
to permit the realignment of the stormwater on site.
