Re: Minor Change Application to DA23543 - 89 Eumundi Noosa Rd

My wife - Janet Fergusson — has uperated her own Physiotherapy Practice from 89 Eumundi

Road Noosaville since March 2004 within the approved conditions of the Decision Notice.

Janet is considering retiring in the near future and as a consequence we are considering
future uses of our premises at the subject address. Ideally, our preference would be to sell the
Physiotherapy practice as an ongoing business (we would retain ownership of the property). If
this is not possible then we would hope to attract another Allied Health activity (e.g.
Psychologist, consulting specialist etc) or a service type activity like legal, accounting. The

current approval specifies Physiotherapy.

As part of any intention to lease out the premises for an ongoing business activity it is likely
that the current limit of the number of people present at the premises would be too restrictive
for many business’, with only 3 persons able to be onsite at any one time with no more than 1
being an employee. We would seek to lift this number to 5 persons maximum on site with up

to 3 being employees.
