The Council correctly but regularly raises the issue of encouraging and attracting business
and employment to the Council area. Janet's existing business has successfully operated
from these premises for over 15 years. Ideally, this Physiotherapy activity will centinue well into
the future but it needs to be financially viable. This will equally apply to the other business
activities already identified. Lifting the number of persons on site would facilitate the business
capacity to operate a profitable business activity without any impact upon the surrounding
area or infrastructure.

We therefore request:

1. Number of persons on site be increased to a maximum of 5 with a maximum of 3 to be
employees;
2. The category Physiotherapy be removed and replaced with Allied Health, Consulting

Specialists, Accounting / Financial Services, Legal services.
