Where possible the Black Sheoak are proposed to be retained at the site except where
required to be removed to accommodate the approved project plans. An assessment of these
trees was made based on each tree’s current Health, Condition, project constructability, and
workplace Health and Safety. The results of this assessment are provided in the following
sections.

The site findings and arborist review are laid out to cover the three main areas of tree related
conflict and protection or mitigation measures required.
