This report has been commissioned by Woollam Constructions to fulfil the Noosa Council (NC)
DA conditions relating to the protection of the retained Allocasuarina littoralis, Black Sheoak
trees at the project site at Ozcare Noosa. Consult Arborist has been requested to provide
information on the site findings in relation to the development and offer advice and
methodologies for general tree protection of the Black Sheoak that are to be retained.

The subject trees inspected are as illustrated in the North Coast Environmental Plans, Bennett
and Bennett Site Tree Survey, STP site Civil & Track Layout plans, and Enrich Architecture
project plans.

This report is to fulfil Noosa Council conditions numbered 68 and 69 as per Decision Notice –
Minor Change letter dated 27/07/2023.
