Sustainable Planning Act 2009 s.301



RE: Development application for Material Change of Use (Multiple Housing – Type 4 Conventional)
over land at Links Drive, Noosa Heads and described as Lot 6 on SP178340 (Council Ref:
MCU15/0109)


I, LEANNE SIMPSON of JFP Urban Consultants Pty Ltd, on behalf of Altum Constructions as the
applicant, have undertaken and completed the public notification with respect to the above development
application in accordance with the requirements of the Sustainable Planning Act 2009, chapter 6, part 4,
division 2.



The public notification included:

 Publishing a notice in the Sunshine Coast Daily on 6 May 2016. A copy of the newspaper
advertisement is attached to this notice; and


 Placing three notices on the land in the way prescribed under the Sustainable Planning Regulation
2009 from 6 May 2016 until 30 May 2016 inclusive. Photos of the signs as erected on the land are
attached to this notice; and


 Giving a notice to the owners of all land adjoining the land by registered post on 4 May 2016. A list of
the names and addresses and the date they were notified is attached to this notice.
