WITH QUARRY MATERIAL ON STATE COASTAL LAND ABOVE HIGH WATER MARK
WITHIN A COASTAL MANAGEMENT DISTRICT) OVER LAND AT 28 EENIE CREEK ROAD,
NOOSAVILLE (LOT 3 ON SP246584) AND PARTS OF THE ROAD RESERVES OF
HOFMANN DRIVE AND WALTER HAY DRIVE

On behalf of the Applicant, QIC Noosa Civic Pty Ltd, and pursuant to section 260 of the
Sustainable Planning Act 2009 (SPA), we submit the abovementioned application.

In particular please find an electronic copy (DVD) and three hard copies of the following:

    •     IDAS forms 1, 5, 6, 23 and 34;
    •     letter of consent from the owners of the land, including QIC Noosa Civic Pty Ltd (Lot 3
          on SP246584) and Department of Natural Resources and Mines for the State of
          Queensland (parts of the road reserves);
    •     Noosa Shire Council Request for Electronic Communication for Development
          Applications;
    •     town planning report prepared by Cardno HRP and appendices containing the
          architectural plans and consultant reports.
