For the development application identified above, we would like to request your
agreement to extend the decision period under section 22.1 of the Development
Assessment Rules.

Currently this period is set to end on the 11th January 2023, we request this period be
extended to the 17th February 2023.

The purpose of this extension is for an infrastructure agreement to be prepared for car
parking contributions, within the timeframes of Council’s meeting schedule.

Please advise in writing at your earliest convenience whether you agree to this request.
