NOTICE OF COMPLIANCE OF PUBLIC NOTIFICATION

AND TYPE 5 VEHICLE USES AND ENTERTAINMENT AND DINING BUSINESS TYPE 1 FOOD AND
BEVERAGE

DEVELOPMENT PERMIT FOR OPERATIONAL WORK (SIGNAGE)

I have undertaken and completed the public notification with respect to the above development
application in accordance with the requirements of the Sustainable Planning Act 2009, Chapter 6, Part
4, Division 2.

The public notification included:

(a) Publishing a notice in the Sunshine Coast Daily on Friday, 21              October 2016 (copy of
    advertisement attached); and,
(b) Placing two notices on the land in the way prescribed under the Sustainable Planning Regulation
    2009 from Friday, 21st October 2016 until Tuesday, 15th November 2016 (photo of the signs as
    erected on the land are attached); and,
(c) Giving a notice to the owners of all land adjoining the land.
