Good afternoon,

I reside at 57 Oriole Avenue Peregian Beach and would like to advise that I do not approve of the proposed development application for a commercial building on the Cnr of Jabiru St and David Low way.  I was not aware that the zoning had been changed from residential to business/commercial.   This building would not fit in with the homes currently in this area of Peregian and feel it would also devalue my property.   I would not like to have to view a brick wall when I walk out the back of my property.
