REPORT
1.   PROPOSAL
The application seeks approval to reconfigure an existing residential lot into 2 lots, with proposed
Lot 1 to have an area of 660m2 and proposed Lot 2 an area of 758m2.
The existing access to proposed Lot 1 is to be retained. Proposed Lot 2 will gain road frontage via
an access handle, 4.5 metres wide and 22 metre long. The existing dwelling is to be demolished,
with the structures along the eastern side boundary to be retained in Lot 1.
Existing services are to be extended to service both lots.
