Re: Meeting of the surrounding residents & Proposed Hotel organised group! held-Mon 1st July at the Golf club Noosa Heads
After attending the meeting we feel the "proposed space" will not do anything but congest & destroy all demographics of resort dv/links rd.
It will create more wealth for some but Construction & ongoing traffic/noise pollution will destroy this "residential"pocket. It will not be a clever choice for a "5 star" venue given its "jammed"outlook/ services manageability ie water/sewerage problems, 2 story car parking I believe!? & rd congestion.
It will be bring excessive noise/pollution to this special area ,that residents bought into for its location!
The owners had the chance to build their hotel at ParkRidge, instead sold it & now want to destroy the area that none of them actually live in!
