Application Reference MCU20/0115

We object to 3 Robert Street application to change of material development.

The Robert Street, Cloudsley Street, Janet Street and Laburnum are mainly owner residence
Properties and short term accommodation would impact on this residential area.

Cloudsley Street and Robert Street already have a critical parking problem due to the Gympie Terrace
Very popular river precinct and nearby Hotel/Motel accommodation with insufficient parking on these properties.

Should the change of use development be approved other properties in this area would get approval and
Then the charm of this area would change from a family environment to a Gold Coast profit at all cost.
