Thanks for the meeting today.

With respect to the Information Request that issued on 23rd July 2021, attached is the response to Items 9 to 16 concerning the odour modelling prepared by Katestone. This is the first of two (2) emails providing the data and the response as requested.

In accordance with section 13.2 of the Development Assessment Rules this and the following email should be treated as a part response to the Information Request. It is intended to finalise the response to the Information Request by 25th October 2021.

The applicant also gives its authority for Council’s consultants to discuss any aspects of the Information Request as required.
